Unfortunately many of the users where less than impressed with this machine.  Some even went as far as to say it was the worst purchase ever!  That is a less than impressive.  With multiple problems with leaking sometimes what seems to be a good thing, proves to not to be.  Is the price really right?  Perhaps you should determine this for yourself!

Several users found the product to be less than acceptable.  With several different problems with the water heating elements and digital displays it really is no wonder the product received unfavorable reviews.  The customer service is not much better.  Many of the reviews that I have red stated that customer service was less than helpful and promised high and failed to deliver.

Are there other products on the market that deliver such good quality coffee at the same reasonable price?  Well, that is to be determined.  On a lighter note, those who actually like this product couldn’t help but rant and rave about the quality of the coffee and the convenience.

You should ask yourself if it is worth spending the money on the product just to find that it has its flaws.  However, not everyone seemed to share the same two or one star rating.  Like with any product you may want to purchase it to determine it for yourself.  However, not much was said about poor quality coffee so it may be worth adding to your wish list!

Like with any product on the market there are both pros and the cons!  Many of the reviews that I have read are not too favorable!  More than half of the users felt the product to be at sub-par levels.  Many of those users complained of broken parts and bad froth!  What’s the point of an expresso machine without the froth?  Another complaint was the filter basket.  It was too small compared to other machines on the market.

On a lighter note the five star reviews focused on the size of the product claiming that it was small enough to fit in a small space and made quality coffee for the price.  Looking for Starbucks quality expresso, this machine will not provide it.  But for under $100.00 it provides great coffee and expresso for the coffee lovers of the world!

You should ask yourself if it is worth purchasing this machine if you are going to have to replace the parts.  Some found no problems while others had a complaint list a mile long.  If you are looking for a machine that will provide you with quality coffee/expresso for a reasonable price then you may want to consider this product.  But do the replacement parts outweigh the quality of the coffee?
